Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with only a feeling or an occasion in mind — no design, no specifics. The consultation exists precisely to help you discover and articulate your vision. You're always welcome to bring inspiration, but you're equally welcome to arrive with nothing but a story.
The cost of a bespoke piece varies significantly based on design complexity, metal choice, stone type, and size. We're transparent about pricing from the very beginning — no surprises. Because every piece is unique, we'll provide a clear quote after your consultation once we understand what you're looking to create.
Most bespoke pieces take between 3-4 weeks from design approval to completion. Timelines can vary depending on design complexity and stone sourcing. If you have a firm date in mind — a proposal date, an anniversary — please let us know early so we can plan accordingly.
We work with both, and we're genuinely neutral on the choice. We'll explain the differences honestly — in quality, origin, value, and ethics — and let you decide what's right for you. There's no pressure either way.
Yes, completely. The first consultation carries no cost and no commitment. It's simply a conversation. We also provide you with a mockup design (CAD) for free. If you decide to proceed, we'll confirm everything in writing before any payment is required.
Yes. We work with clients across Canada and internationally via video call. The experience is private, personal, and thorough — distance is no barrier to creating something extraordinary.
