Photographed in 14K gold with a round royal blue lab-grown sapphire of approximately 0.60 ct (5 mm), surrounded by a full halo of colorless lab-grown diamonds totalling approximately 0.21 ctw. Prong-set in a low basket setting, screwback. Very minor variation in size and weight of diamonds and gemstones may occur.
